Well last week was my first time planning my weekly menu. I think it went well. There were two days that I did not cook. Fri. I ran errands and Sat. everybody was all over the place. Since those two meals didn't get made I will carry them over to this week. Again I am trying two new recipes this week. Now onto the menu:
Monday-Gravy Baked Pork Chops, rice, & corn
Tues.- Sloppy Joe Mac and Cheese, salad & fruit
Wens.-Tacos, Spanish rice & beans
Thurs.-King Ranch Chicken, Rice-a-Roni, & Texas Toast
Fri.- Meatball Subs
Sat.-Church Outing
Sun.- Eat Out
