I'm sure some of you wonder how I or anyone else can know if a coupon is
fraudulent. Well for one, word of these
Qs spread on the
internet like wildfire. The reason being that this kind of
illegal activity hurts the
manufacturer along with us the coupon user. Remember coupons are a privilege and
privileges can be taken away.
Second, there is the
CIC (Coupon Information Center) which is a non-for-profit organization that is dedicated to fighting coupon fraud. On their site you can find a
list of all known fraudulent coupons.
Why am I mentioning this? Unfortunately two fraudulent coupons for free items have been circulated as well as sold. These are the
